Here From The Beginning – SHELTER’S Design To Build Program

When building a custom home, the earlier the builder gets involved with the process the better. This is why SHELTER offers the Design To Build Program. This service allows SHELTER and clients to work together from design conception to the beginning stages of the custom home building process. SHELTER is then able to assist throughout the initial stages of architecture, value engineering, and will involve our design team when needed or upon request from the client. Utilizing the Design To Build Program gives SHELTER clients more control from the early stages of the build, all the way to completion of the home.
